About Us:
We are a dynamic architecture and design firm focused on creating transformative spaces. We are looking for a proactive Help Desk Analyst to provide essential IT support, ensuring our team’s technology runs smoothly across multiple offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for hardware, software, and network troubleshooting, providing prompt support to end users.
- Troubleshoot industry-specific software like Autodesk Revit, Bluebeam Revu, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Manage user accounts, hardware setups, and software installations, ensuring secure configurations.
- Utilize Kaseya Datto for help desk ticketing, tracking, and resolving support requests.
- Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting printers, large-format plotters, and office equipment.
- Provide remote support via Datto RMM/Splashtop RDP and TeamViewer for employees across multiple locations.
- Collaborate with the IT team on cybersecurity best practices, including monitoring for potential threats and implementing security updates.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of IT support experience, ideally within an architecture or design firm.
- Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Experience with Kaseya Datto or similar help desk ticketing systems.
- Familiarity with Autodesk Revit, Bluebeam Revu, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic networking skills, including VPN setup and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
- Exposure to cybersecurity concepts and experience implementing security measures.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
